Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Strike Supplies. By placing an order through our website, the customer agrees to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy in full.

Strike Supplies processes orders within a reasonable timeframe after payment has been successfully received. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, or operational circumstances. Processing time does not include shipping time. Strike Supplies reserves the right to delay or cancel an order if necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, inventory issues, or payment verification concerns.

All shipping times provided by Strike Supplies are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, customs inspections, weather conditions, labor disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Strike Supplies is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or third parties.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. Strike Supplies is not responsible for additional charges imposed by third parties, including customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other government-imposed charges. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Strike Supplies is no longer responsible for the package. Risk of loss and title transfer to the customer upon delivery of the order to the carrier. Strike Supplies is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase. Strike Supplies is not responsible for orders delayed, misdelivered, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

If tracking information indicates that a package has been delivered but the customer claims non-receipt, Strike Supplies is not responsible for the loss. Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Strike Supplies may, at its discretion, assist with carrier inquiries but is not obligated to provide replacements or refunds in such cases.

Strike Supplies ships to select domestic and international destinations. International customers acknowledge that shipments may be subject to customs inspections and delays. Strike Supplies has no control over customs processing times and is not responsible for delays, seizures, or additional requirements imposed by customs authorities.

If a package is returned to Strike Supplies due to refusal, failed delivery attempts, or an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for all reshipping costs. Returned packages are not eligible for refunds.

Strike Supplies reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. The version of the Shipping Policy in effect at the time of purchase shall apply to that order.

By placing an order with Strike Supplies, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Shipping Policy in its entirety.
