Refund policy

This Return and Replacement Policy governs all purchases made from Strike Supplies. By placing an order and completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this policy in full. All sales are final, and under no circumstances does Strike Supplies provide monetary refunds of any kind.

Strike Supplies operates under a strict replacement-only policy. If a product qualifies for a return, the sole and exclusive remedy available to the customer is a replacement of the exact same product originally purchased. Replacements are limited to the same item, model, color, design, and specifications. Exchanges for different products, store credit, partial refunds, or full monetary refunds are not offered under any circumstances.

A replacement may only be considered if the product arrives with visible physical damage. The customer must notify Strike Supplies within 10 days of delivery and provide clear photographic or video evidence showing the damage, including images of the product and its original packaging. All claims are subject to review, and eligibility for replacement is determined solely at the discretion of Strike Supplies. Damage resulting from misuse, mishandling, normal wear and tear, or issues occurring after delivery does not qualify for replacement.

If a replacement request is approved, the customer is required to ship the entire product back to Strike Supplies. The customer is fully responsible for all return shipping costs, including but not limited to postage, packaging, insurance, and any applicable customs or handling fees. Strike Supplies does not reimburse shipping expenses under any circumstances. Returned items must be shipped using a trackable shipping method, as Strike Supplies is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Returned products must be complete, intact, and in the condition consistent with the originally reported damage. Items that are returned incomplete, altered, further damaged, or inconsistent with the approved claim may result in denial of replacement. Once the returned product is received and inspected, and if it meets all eligibility requirements, a replacement of the exact same product will be issued. Replacement processing and shipping times may vary based on product availability.

Products that are damaged due to customer negligence, improper use, accidental damage after delivery, or failure to follow care instructions are not eligible for replacement. Items returned without prior approval or outside the stated reporting period will not be accepted.

Under no circumstances does Strike Supplies issue refunds, whether in cash, credit card reversals, digital payments, or any other form. By completing a purchase, the customer expressly agrees to this no-refund policy and waives any right to initiate chargebacks, payment disputes, or refund claims related to dissatisfaction, change of mind, or shipping delays.

Strike Supplies reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The version of the policy in effect at the time of purchase shall apply to that transaction.
